Sivota’s Secret Villa is newly built and completely private, set in the forest by the seashore close to Sivota village. It overlooks the Ionian Sea with undisturbed views and breathtaking sunsets. Two detached studios surround a rooftop infinity pool, lounge, garden and patio. Traditional stone outside and modern boho details inside create a secluded retreat for couples and families.
On arrival, fresh fruit and a bottle of quality Greek wine welcome you. Guests from abroad also receive a basket of Greek delicacies. The fridge and cupboards are stocked with drinks, beverages and snacks, from Greek olive oil to Nespresso capsules.
Breakfast basket by arrangement. Daily housekeeping. Linen and towel changes every three days, depending on the length of stay. Pool care, yard sweeping, general maintenance and a villa manager on call 24/7.
The villa accommodates up to four people. The detached studios connect by external stairs and cannot be booked separately. No extra beds or cots. Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out by 10:30; flexible times are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm a reservation and is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
